Laura Ingraham interviewed Border Czar Tom Homan tonight and brought up how Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) allegedly conducted a webinar instructing illegal immigrants in New York City on how to evade arrest by ICE or other law enforcement.
Homan acknowledged the information and stated that he had sent an email requesting the Department of Justice (DOJ) to determine whether AOC's actions constituted obstruction of ICE operations. To him, what she did amounts to impeding law enforcement, but he admits he is not a prosecutor and seeks legal guidance on the matter.

Additionally, Homan revealed that he met with New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Following this meeting, his ICE officers are now allowed to return to Rikers Island to carry out their operations.
He added that he and Adams reached agreements on several other matters but chose not to disclose details on television to prevent the city council from being alerted. "I want to surprise them. If they want to sue me, bring it on. I'm done. I'm not running a popularity contest," he stated firmly.
This development could escalate tensions as immigration remains a contentious issue in the United States. It remains to be seen whether the DOJ will act on Tom Homan's request.
