BREAKING VIDEO – Tom Homan Reveals Why Even Non-Criminal Immigrants Are Being Arrested and Deported

In an explosive interview on News Nation tonight, former ICE Director Tom Homan dropped a bombshell, revealing why even non-criminal undocumented immigrants are being arrested and deported in the recent ICE raids—and the reasoning behind it is shocking, yet undeniable.

Homan explained that while the main target of these raids has been criminals and public safety threats, the way these operations unfold often leads to the capture of others who aren't directly involved in crime. He referred to them as "collaterals," a term that refers to undocumented individuals who get caught in the crossfire while ICE is targeting those with criminal backgrounds or posing a security risk.

“We’ve arrested 1,300 people, over a thousand of them are criminals. Who are the other ones? They are either fugitives who’ve been through immigration court and ordered removed, and then became a fugitive, or collaterals. Where do the collateral arrests happen? In sanctuary cities, because they forced us into the community.”

This statement is a game-changer. Homan clarified that sanctuary cities—where local authorities limit cooperation with federal immigration enforcement—are effectively pushing ICE officers into neighborhoods. While they’re primarily focused on dangerous criminals, the reality is that these raids often result in the capture of non-criminals as well.

“Look, I said from day one, no one is off the table. If you’re in the United States illegally, you’ve got a problem. But we are concentrating on public safety threats first. It just makes sense.”

Homan’s message is clear: while the focus remains on public safety threats, no one is exempt from the consequences of being in the U.S. illegally. But he argues that the situation could be handled better if sanctuary cities would cooperate with ICE, allowing officers to arrest criminals in a controlled, safer environment where “collaterals” wouldn’t be apprehended.

In an urgent plea, Homan called on sanctuary cities to honor detainer requests so that ICE can do their job effectively without having to conduct these high-risk, community-wide raids. He believes this would result in fewer non-criminal immigrants being caught up in the system and ensure the safety of both officers and the public.

This interview is stirring up massive debate and raises crucial questions about the balance between immigration enforcement, public safety, and the role of sanctuary cities in this contentious issue.
