A video of the house "mom" was posted to Vine in February 2013. It appears to show Beauton Gilbow, known to the frat members as "Mom B," repeatedly using the N-word as she sang the lyrics to Trinidad James' rap hit "All Gold Everything."
Gilbrow, 79, told local TV station KWTV earlier Monday before the video surfaced that she was "in shock" over the closing of the fraternity's OU chapter.
When a KWTV reporter asked Gilbrow if she had experienced anything like the racially charged SAE chant caught on video over the weekend, she emphatically responded "no."
"No, no, no, no, no, never heard the song," she said.
A fundraising page for Gilbrow that had been set up on the website GoFundMe was deleted after the Vine surfaced, according to local TV station KOCO. A similar page for the frat's now-unemployed black chef, Howard Dixon, remained live Tuesday and had raised more than $36,000.
Gilbow was unavailable for comment on the newly surfaced video when CBS News tried to heron Tuesday.
