Naturally, we all get a little hungry. Today, President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden had an apparent craving for burgers and fries, meeting for lunch at Shake Shack in Washington's Dupont Circle neighborhood with four construction workers who are working on a $9.1 million infrastructure project in the city. This comes just after Obama highlighted infrastructure investment during his visit to New York on Wednesday.
According to the White House pool report:
POTUS ordered a burger and fries and VPOTUS ordered a cheeseburger, French fries and a black-and-white milkshake.
First Lady Michelle Obama would not approve:
But as is usually the case when Obama and Biden grab lunch together, Twitter reactions are pouring in:

As for Shake Shack, they're stoked. “We were humbled and thrilled to welcome President Obama and Vice President Biden for lunch today in D.C. at our Dupont Circle Shake Shack,” Randy Garutti, Shake Shack's CEO, said in a statement. “We’re thankful that the White House and U.S. Secretary of Labor Thomas E. Perez continue to recognize Shake Shack for our hiring practices, pay, benefits and inspiring culture, and we’re proud to be a part of the conversation.”
